F&G Home / Condo Watch Services is a home / Condo management company specializing in the care and security of second homes/vacation homes, for absentee homeowners from around the world.  We serve the Fort Lauderdale area communities of:  Coral Ridge, CoralHeights, Lighthouse Point, Imperial Point, Oakland Park, Wilton Manors, Rio Vista, DaniaBeach, Hollywood & all surrounding areas.   We are a company offering a variety of homewatch services such as regular home inspections and home maintenance while you are away.

A. Weekly –     1 visit, Basic Home / Condo Inspection. $18.00 per week*
B. Bi-Weekly - 2 visits, Basic Home / Condo Inspection.$35.00 per week*
C. Monthly --   1 visit, Basic Home / Condo Inspection.  $30.00 per month*

*For a detached residence, F&G  recommends a weekly inspection. However, inspections at other intervals, i.e. Every 10 days, are available on a per visit rate. Rates are for standard 1-2 bedroom condo / house. Additional fee may apply.

Basic Service include:   

    * Run water in sink traps
    * Visual check under sink for leaks
    * Flush toilets
    * Visually check floors and walls under AC intake
    * Weekly email report.

Additional service may include: 

    * Change AC filters*
    * Change light bulbs*
    * Monitor and change Damp rid*
    * Pickup packages from receiving
    * Check mail box
    * Prep for arrival*
    * Post Departure*
    * Start car once a month

Additional Services :

•  Stock Refrigerator prior arrival.
•  Cleaning Service
•  Leasing
•  Coordinate Repairs
